We can help develop your idea and put your sketches into 3D CAD files that engineers and/or manufacturers typically use.

We use Solidworks as our main 3D CAD software but we can convert the output files into various different formats of your choice.

Generating a prototype is the key step in design implementation process. We utilize the state of the art Subtractive Rapid Prototyping (SRP) technology to produce prototypes which gives us the capability to create extremely accurate and precise products.

Due to our unique process, we are able to create prototypes with very low tolerance (as low as 0.004 in. or 0.1 mm.). Our rapid prototyping work envelope is 7-7/8 in. x 16-1/8 in. For bigger objects, we can always assemble them from parts.

This casting process is used in manufacturing low volume urethane copies of the initial prototype. This method has a very quick turn-around time and is highly effective in producing pilot product.
